ROMANTIC ITALIAN RESTAURANT ON PHU QUOC ISLAND

Global Winner of Luxury Boutique Resort Restaurant 2022 by the prestigious World Luxury Restaurant Awards
Best Resort Restaurant in Vietnam 2022 by Haute Grandeur Global Restaurant Awards

Literally meaning “the Italian wall”, il Muro Italiano Restaurant celebrates the hand-painted wall art stretching through the entire restaurant, inspired by the Villa of the Mysteries in Pompeii, famous for having one of the most important decorative mural collections in the Roman world.

This Italian space features exposed brick with a hand-painted mural, sky-blue ceiling, and dark wood bar to give a rustic but modern feel. To further enhance this look, the light yellow tint dominates the furniture's palette, which is offset by a prominent but appropriately rustic red color of the walls. Bordered with mature milk fruit trees, the outdoor garden softens the gleaming modern floor-to-ceiling windows for you to enjoy a candlelit dinner.

Rediscover the pleasures of Italian cuisine with our romantic menu, the highest quality ingredients, and traditional recipes prepared with a creative island twist, inspired by the adventures on Phu Quoc Island.

The art of Italian cuisine and culture lies in a magnificently blended palette of textures and colors, combined through culinary and cultural influences from neighboring countries. With Italian meals, there is a specific structure cultivated over centuries of eating that is a master class in how to best enjoy food and company. The traditional dinner – known as cena – consists of four courses paired with the finest Italian wines:

Antipasti: a myriad of hot or cold starter dishes from the land or the sea

Primi Piatti: risotto or homemade pasta dishes with delicate flavors and textures

Secondi Piatti: main courses with refined presentation and sophisticated ingredients

Dolci: sweets or desserts with endless possibilities
