The history of Italian cuisine and culture is a magnificently blended palette of textures and colors, combined with culinary and cultural influences from neighboring countries. With Italian meals, there is a specific structure cultivated over centuries of eating that is a master class in how to best enjoy food and company. The traditional dinner – known as cena – consists of four courses paired with the finest Italian red or white wines:
myriad of hot or cold starter dishes from the land or the sea.
risotto or homemade pasta dishes with delicate flavors and textures.
main courses with refined presentation and sophisticated ingredients.
sweets or dessert with endless possibilities.
Rediscover the pleasures of Italian cuisine in all its regional varieties with Chef Tobia’s romantic menu, his devotion to the highest quality ingredients and traditional homemade recipes prepared with a creative twist inspired by his adventures on Phu Quoc, allowing each flavor to shine through with elegant simplicity.
This Italian space features an exposed brick with a hand-painted wall in a Renaissance style, a sky-blue ceiling, and a dark wood bar to give a rustic but modern feel. To further enhance this look, the restaurant uses a light yellow tint as the dominant color for its furniture, which is offset by a prominent but appropriately rustic red color of the walls. Bordered with mature custard apple trees, the outdoor gardens soften the gleaming modern floor-to-ceiling windows for you to enjoy a candlelit dinner.
Due to some beautification, Casa will be closed from June 02 to June 15, 2019.
We hope you can enjoy other outlets at Salinda as much as Casa
